We are committed to making you a happy, satisfied customer, and will make every effort possible to ensure that you are happy with your order, and that it arrives in pristine condition. However, all wines are sold AS-IS. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason or if your wine shipment is damaged, please call us at (707)396-5064.

All product is sold AS-IS, and all returns and cancelled orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee. There are no refunds on any order that is cancelled after 30 days of the original order date.  Additional shipping charges may also be assessed for shipping return fees.

   
  Our Policies
Provino holds a Federal TTB Basic Permit, Import/Export Permit, and California ABC 17/20 licenses and is a fully compliant services company.

We want you to have a simple and enjoyable buying experience. Sometimes, however, state regulations and the perishable nature of wine sometimes prevent us from being as prompt as we would like. Provino follows all state specific rules and regulations with respect to shipping restrictions, and we have developed policies which enable us to provide the highest level of customer service possible. Age:
You must be 21 years or older to purchase wine. By placing your order with Provino Wines, you certify under penalty of perjury that you and the recipient of your shipment are at least 21 years old. When the wine is delivered, the recipient will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.

Shipping:
Because of the widely variable laws controlling the shipment of wine in the United States, we have created this page to help you determine the restrictions and limitations that you may face. Delivery Time Frame:
Orders placed Saturday - Thursday morning are generally shipped within 36 hours. Orders placed Thursday afternoon - Sunday, as well as all orders placed in summer and winter months, may take longer to ship in order to avoid exposing the wine to unnecessary heat and cold. Sometimes it takes time to get the wines you have ordered and they will be shipped as soon as they are secured in our warehouse.  Delayed orders will also be shipped as soon as the weather permits.
