All product is sold AS-IS, and returns are subject to a
15% restocking fee for all deliveries that are refused or returned
due to 3 delivery attempts. Additional shipping charges may

sometimes prevent us from being as prompt as we would like.
Provino follows all state specific rules and regulations
with respect to shipping restrictions, and we have developed policies

Age:
You must be 21 years or older to purchase wine. By placing your order with Provino Wines, you certify under penalty of perjury that you and the recipient of your shipment are at least 21 years old. When the wine is delivered, the recipient will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.

Because of the widely variable laws controlling the shipment of wine in the United States, we have created this page to help you determine the restrictions and limitations that you may face. Delivery Time Frame:
Orders placed Saturday - Thursday
morning are generally shipped within 36 hours. Orders placed
Thursday afternoon - Sunday, as well as all orders placed in
summer and winter months, may take longer to ship in order to
avoid exposing the wine to unnecessary heat and cold. Delayed
orders will be shipped as soon as the weather permits. If you
